3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Medical or wound care items with broken seals

  • Mobility aids and rehabilitation tools that show use

4. Damaged or Defective Items

5. Refunds

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item sent).
